the goal and lean manufacturing
Introduction-
The unit on lean manufacturing was started with the book The goal. The goal is a story of how a plant manager named Alex saves his plant from going under with the help of his old college professor. He saves his plant by implementing lean manufacturing principles. Along with reading the book we completed various assignments like the essay attached below . We also went on various tours to experience lean manufacturing first hand you can see thees under the industry expirence tab below employability.
